The property is located in the southern part of Minas Gerais, Brazil, approximately 13 km southeast of the city of Poços de Caldas and 275 km north of São Paulo, the biggest Brazilian city. The 300 hectares property is an unique mining permit (“manifesto de mina”), being a real property, not a governmental concession. The ground belongs to the company as well.
